One of my identical 16 week old twins is waking more at night and the other twin is unsettled in the evening I have two problems with my 16 week identical twin girls. The first is that twin 1 is waking more and more during the night and does not really settle for a few hours. Should I start sleep training or walking my 8-week-old son for his lunchtime nap? I suffer from an immune disorder which makes me very weak physically; having a second child was a bit of a risk really. I have also just been diagnosed with PND. My three month daughter wakes after an hour at lunchtime and sometimes after going down at 7pm. What should I do? My daughter is waking approximately one hour after going down for her lunchtime nap. I have been trying to resettle my 13 week daughter after 45minutes at lunchtime, but with no success Everything with the routine is going fantastically apart from the lunchtime nap for my 13 week old baby. My daughter is unsettled during the morning and evening at 8 weeks old Although my daughter feeds at the approx times stated in the book, I find sleep in the day a bit hit and miss. My 10-week-old daughter has started to be unsettled in the evenings. What am I doing wrong? For the last week my 10-week-old daughter will not settle at 6.30/7pm. My 11.5-week-old daughter will settle for her daytime naps but wakes after 30-45minutes and is hard to settle again I have already been given a pretty detailed response by the Team about my daughter and her not wanting to sleep in the day.
