Latest feeding and sleeping problems Gina has solved
My baby is 7 months old and since she was born she has woken up several times a night to breastfeed. I have read lots of information but still not managed to resolve the problem. I was hoping I could have your personal support in trying to resolve this problem.

My son is 3.5 years old and is waking at 4am, he doesn’t go back to sleep and is tired and angry all day and the vicious cycle starts again. He’s frustrated as he has speech delay (has had grommets and adenoids removed) and sees a speech therapist. But his behaviour is getting worse and I can’t seem to snap him out of tantrums and l am sure the lack of sleep isn’t helping. I do hope you can help.

We follow your routines but cant seem to solve our sleeping issue. Our 6 months daughter wakes up often in the night and we are getting very exhauasted.
We just started weaning as we thought hunger might be the issue, but she still wakes up every hour. She has maximum of three hours nap time during the day.

Gina helped fix my baby’s LTN in February of this year and we had a great experience. I am now struggling with my older daughter who is 2.5 years old and was wondering if she would be available for a consultation? My toddler has been a GF baby from the start and until recently slept 7-7 with a 2 hour nap. Around January of this year I noticed she was taking longer to fall asleep in the evenings and now has begun to wake at 6am which unfortunately wakes the baby sometimes. I have cut her nap now back to 1 hour to try and help with the earlier mornings, but without success so far. She has always needed slightly more sleep than the average child of her age. I am unsure if I need to adjust her schedule in other ways to try and get her to sleep slightly later in the mornings.

Our daughter is nearly 12 months and has started waking just before 6 again. We are working on moving the morning nap aided by doing it sometimes in her buggy and she usually gets 15 mins from 10.00-.10.15 we have to wake her. She then does a lunch nap at 12.30/40 for two hours and is in bed about 6.40/45. No matter what we have tried holding her close to 7pm or moving bed early the early waking doesn’t stop. She’s not that interested in bottles anymore but never really was was always a small drinker but is a great eater. I feel like we are missing some issue. Please can you help!

I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out for a consultation regarding my 14-month-old daughter’s sleep habits, as we are struggling with frequent night wakings, and I am absolutely exhausted. Despite being in a good daytime routine, she continues to wake up every two hours throughout the night, needing a bottle each time to settle back to sleep. I am struggling with sleep deprivation and would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to help her sleep better at night.
